You are a Chronomaestro, one of the few individuals blessed (or cursed, depending on your perspective) with the ability to manipulate these Echoes. You can rewind, fast forward, pause, and even create temporal loops within localized areas. Your power is the only thing standing between Aethelgard and utter annihilation. But you are not alone. There are others vying for control of the shattered timeline. The Obsidian Order, a fanatical cult obsessed with rewriting history to their twisted ideals. The Temporal Syndicate, ruthlessly exploiting the chaos for profit, smuggling artifacts and manipulating stock markets across different centuries. And the enigmatic Guardians of the Clock, a shadowy organization sworn to protect the integrity of the timeline, but whose methods are often… questionable. You begin your journey as a newly initiated Chronomaestro, fresh out of the Academy of Temporal Arts. Your first task: retrieve a rogue Echo that has manifested in the heart of Old Veridia, a sprawling metropolis teetering on the brink of collapse. The temporal disturbance is causing the city to flicker between the present, a plague-ridden past, and a dystopian future ruled by sentient clockwork spiders. Your choices in Old Veridia will set the tone for your entire adventure. Will you prioritize the safety of the innocent citizens, even if it means risking your own life?
